For the ones who lead with intention across all areas of their life.
The higher you climb, the smaller the room gets for candid counsel. You’re the person others rely on to have the answers, stay steady, and make the hard calls look easy.
This October, for 24 hours, that is no longer your job.
This is a strategic pause designed for a selective group of senior leaders to stress-test the operational verticals a boardroom agenda never touches. Free from traditional networking or generic professional development, this 24-hour executive experience is a definitive audit of pressure, purpose, and sustainable performance.
Whilst leadership development opportunities have expanded significantly, dedicated spaces for men to explore pressure, identity, purpose and sustainable performance remain surprisingly rare.
We are gathering a select cohort of Partners, Senior and C-suite executives for a distinct purpose: to have the high-stakes conversations that don't fit into a boardroom agenda.
Audit the Cost: Step out of the daily noise long enough to identify what is truly sustaining your drive and what is secretly costing you.
The Peer Filter: Speak candidly with a small group of men who understand the pressures and responsibilities that come with leadership because they live them too.
Total Alignment: Re-calibrate the critical verticals that define your legacy: leadership velocity, identity beyond the title, core relationships, and sustainable high performance.

About Lisa-Marie Sikand
You are committed to leading at the highest level without burning out the very engine driving that success. Lisa-Marie understands this balance because she lived it.
As a former C-suite executive at a global law firm, Lisa-Marie spent years managing the relentless pressure, high stakes, and operational demands of the corporate elite. She designed this experience because it is exactly what she needed when she was in the top seat and because she knows the compounding value of having an objective, high-calibre strategist in your corner.
Today, as Soulitude7 founder, your retreat host, and an ICF-accredited executive coach, Lisa-Marie partners with senior leaders to redefine what effective leadership looks like. She rejects the outdated belief that peak performance requires personal depletion. Instead, she treats wellbeing not as a soft luxury, but as a hard operational lever for sustainable personal and commercial success.
She calls this Sustainable Performance the strategic integration of elite professional execution with the physical and mental stamina required to sustain it for the long game.
About Steven McCann
Steven spent 18 years in the legal profession before founding MCG Consulting, and he understands the weight that senior leaders carry because he's carried it himself.
He works with leaders navigating pressure, helping them build the self-awareness and resilience to respond to it well, rather than simply absorb it. For Steven, strong leadership was never about avoiding pressure, it's about staying honest with yourself under it, protecting what matters, and still performing at the level the role demands.
His work has taken him into organisations such as the Bank of England and A&O Shearman, and has been featured by the New Statesman, Financial News, the Legal Services Board and LawCare.
Earlier in his career, Steven was the lead researcher for Arsène Wenger's Sunday Times bestselling autobiography, My Life in Red and White, an experience that deepened his interest in leadership, resilience and sustained high performance.
Steven will co-lead The Grounded Man workshop, sharing his insights and informed by his lived experience.
About Gary Jones
Gary is one of the three founding directors of Totum Partners, a B Corp and employee-owned recruitment business, and he understands what it takes to keep people well because he spends much of his time outside work doing exactly that. As a volunteer and facilitator at ANDYSMANCLUB, a men's suicide prevention charity, and through a separate peer-to-peer chat group he runs, Gary has sat with more hard conversations than most people ever will. At Totum, he handles Chief and Director level recruitment for professional services clients, sponsors the firm's community work through the Totum Foundation, and hosts the "Something Comes Along" podcast, giving a voice to the resilience people show when life doesn't go to plan. A Scouser, and proud of it, Gary is usually described as authentic. He'll take that, though he'd secretly prefer funny.
