For the ones who hold it all together.

You’re the person others rely on to have the answer, stay steady, and make the hard calls look easy.

This October, for 24 hours, that's not required.

Ten senior leaders will step away from the roles they carry so well to have the conversations that rarely get room to happen at the top.

Over 24 hours at Foxhills, a small group of senior leaders will get the space that pressure, identity and sustainability rarely get at Partner and C-suite level.

It's not about fixing anything. It's about being somewhere different long enough to notice what's actually sustaining you, and what's costing you, with people who understand the weight because they're carrying it too.

The Experience

  • Use of the wonderful facilities at Foxhills

  • Dinner and drinks on Thursday evening

  • Overnight stay with group breakfast on Friday morning

  • Coaching sessions with Lisa-Marie Sikand of Soulitude7, Steven McCann of MCG Consulting and Gary Jones of Totum Partners

  • And something different, an art activity, because not every insight arrives through talking

About Lisa-Marie Sikand

You know you want to lead well and live better in this hyper-demanding world, and Lisa-Marie knows that when she was in the C-Suite, she needed something like this and someone like her to walk alongside her.

Lisa-Marie, an ICF-accredited executive coach who redefines effective leadership and believes wellbeing is a lever and enabler to sustainable personal and commercial success. She knows it’s possible to find a balance that enables you to achieve whatever you want while caring for your mental, physical, and emotional health because she’s done it. She calls it healthy high performance.

About Steven McCann

Steven spent 18 years in the legal profession before founding MCG Consulting, and he understands the weight that senior leaders carry because he's carried it himself.

He works with leaders navigating pressure, helping them build the self-awareness and resilience to respond to it well, rather than simply absorb it. For Steven, strong leadership was never about avoiding pressure, it's about staying honest with yourself under it, protecting what matters, and still performing at the level the role demands.

About Gary Jones

Gary is one of the three founding directors of Totum Partners, a B Corp and employee-owned recruitment business, and he understands what it takes to keep people well because he spends much of his time outside work doing exactly that. As a volunteer and facilitator at ANDYSMANCLUB, a men's suicide prevention charity, and through a separate peer-to-peer chat group he runs, Gary has sat with more hard conversations than most people ever will. At Totum, he handles Chief and Director level recruitment for professional services clients, sponsors the firm's community work through the Totum Foundation, and hosts the "Something Comes Along" podcast, giving a voice to the resilience people show when life doesn't go to plan. A Scouser, and proud of it, Gary is usually described as authentic. He'll take that, though he'd secretly prefer funny.
