Soulitude7 was founded by Lisa-Marie Sikand after nearly two decades at the top of legal and professional services. The team has grown with the same principle at its heart: leaders do their best work when someone with real experience tells them the truth.

ICF-accredited executive coach with over 20 years of commercial leadership experience, including six years as CMO for a top three global elite law firm. Lisa-Marie leads Soulitude7’s coaching and mentoring practice and works directly with senior partners and firm leadership.
Andrew brings 40 years experience across law, HR and professional services, including Global Head of HR at Christie's, COO of Human Capital for Goldman Sachs EMEA, and Global Director of People & Development at Norton Rose Fulbright. Meyler Campbell-trained, coaching from CEO to senior associate level with honesty, pragmatism and humour.
